Selection of the Fittest & the finest:
We choose Physically, Mentally and Morally fit young people. The candidates have to pass our prescribed endurance cum personality test before selection.

Medical Test:
Each and every candidate has to furnish doctor’s certificate indicating Negative report for H.I.V. and Tuberculosis.

Training Programme:
All selected candidates have to undergo a tough General-Training schedule.
The out-standing candidates are imparted specialised training for various specialized duties.

Weapon training:
is compulsorily imparted to every candidate in order to ensure meticulous handling and use of weapons during duty and thereafter.

Unarmed Combat training:
Is imparted invariably to all candidates in-order to overpower the enemy in situations when you are devoid of arms.

Fire Prevention & Fire fighting:
"PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE" Thus every personnel is educated about the various causes of fire and due precautions to avoid fire situation as far as possible. In case of fire the candidates are adequately trained to use accurate equipment without waste of time, ensuring no damage or minimal damage to person and property.

Regular Drill & Periodic check-ups:
Our organization is very particular about the fitness of our personnel. All our work-force assembles early morning for the routine physical exercises and parade. We ensure constant fitnessof each and every soldier. Our doctor conducts general health check-up periodically and prescribes his advice wherever and whenever warranted.

Deployment Training:
After having undergone and fulfilled the above norms, the trained personnel are fit and ready for deployment in any organisation. Vocational training is given for certain specialised duties.

Our Supervisory team is comprised of experienced officers from Armed forces and Para-Military forces.

The Duty officers constantly monitor the Guards on duty and carry out random surprise check-ups during odd hours of night.

Every night a new pass-word is issued to the guards, which is known only to them & the Duty-Officer. The Duty Officer, on CALLING the correct PASS-WORD is allowed entry. No other person is allowed entry during night-duty in any circumstances. It is ensured that every Guardgets adequate hours of proper sleep by regular rotation of guards.
